    Visual Acuity v1.3 for Mac

Visual Acuity for Mac is KyberVision's desktop solution for vision care specialists: it brings computerized versions of the "gold standard" acuity testing on the user-friendly Macintosh platform in the clinical environment and it provides an efficient and reliable assessment of visual acuity for literate & illiterate people as well as preschool children. Moreover, Visual Acuity promotes the use of the logMAR chart design recommended by the National Eye Institute (NEI) and the International Council of Ophthalmology (ICO) to address design flaws in the Snellen chart. For the iPhone & iPod touch version check out "Visual Acuity" here or for the iPad version check out "Visual Acuity XL" here.

An optional and free companion app VISUAL ACUITY REMOTE (v1.3) for iPad, iPhone and iPod touch is also available to remotely control Mac Visual Acuity to either enter the subject responses when standing a distance away from the Mac display or during self-administration of the test. To learn more about Visual Acuity for Mac, check out the User Guide available online in PDF format.
